Company : Deliveree, a fast-moving logistics technology company
Title : IT Specialist
Place of Work : Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Reporting Line : Group CTO
Job Description:
● To be in charge of our office networking (firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi).
● Installing and configuring laptops, PCs, operating systems and applications.
● Configuring new employees’ email accounts.
● Working on procedures for on-boarding/off-boarding employees with regional HR and IT
teams.
● Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or
software faults.
● Maintaining IT assets and software licenses.
● Helping with other office equipment support such as Printers, TV’s, Chromecast, Projectors,
etc.

Yêu cầu công việc :

● Excellent communication skills.
● Strong written English communication.
● Experience with pfSense is a big plug.
● Experience with Ubuntu Linux or macOS is a big plus.
● Experience with Google Mail, Calendar, Drive is a big plus.
