Mô tả công việc :

Selected candidates will have attractive chances of career development & benefit as follows:
- Foundation training period (1 month): being provided a comprehensive & essential training course in the first 1 month about software engineering process & related techniques (OOP, UML, software testing, etc).
*The selected students will get monthly allowance during training time
- On-the-job training period (at least 6 months): Chance of working & studying in team with real software development project. Current focus is on Web development & C# (desktop application).
*The selected will get part-time payment (up to 8.5 million VND per month) during on-the-job training time.
*Good cases will get long-term labor contract with Toshiba right after graduation.

Yêu cầu công việc :

*Entrance Level of Education
- Last year students in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent.
*Required Knowledge/Skills and Experience
- Have true passion & motivation in software development related fields.
- Experiences & skills at one of common programming languages, such as, C/C++, Java, C#.
- Have good experiences/skills in Web development or C# is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail.
- High capability of self-studying/investigating new technologies & new business domains on demand.
- Self-awareness, good sense of responsibility, result-oriented and deadline commitment.
- Capacity to work well in groups and a willingness to understand the various roles played by fellow team members.
- Appropriate English language fluency (verbal & written) is basic requirement (TOEIC 600+); Japanese language (N4+) is an advantage.
