Mô tả công việc :
• Effectively develop and implement field strategy and tactics, plan of action (POA) in accordance with company policies and direction of management
• Facilitate enlistment of newly launched and key products in hospitals and clinics
• Explore and expand new customer base in line with guidelines
• Recruit, hire and retain qualified representatives
• Collect customer feedback, and keep up to date with products and competitors
• Other tasks assigned by direct manager
Yêu cầu công việc :
University graduated (Pharmacist/ Medicine)
At least 3 years as Med Rep in ETC channel or 2 years as Sales Manager
Experience in O&G therapeutic area is an advantage
Good at Organizing, Planing & Aligning performance for success
Experience in Coaching & Developing team
Strong Selling, Influencing & Problem solving skills
Basic English communication
