JOB DESCRIPTION
The Contact Center Officer is responsible for providing Shinhan’s customers with support and consultancy on the full products/ service. This role is also responsible for conducting sale/ customer care related outbound calls.
The key responsibilities include:
_Provide support and consultancy to Shinhan’s customers
_Identify customer needs and refer to other sale channels
_Back up other teams when required
_Conduct outbound sale/ customer care outbound calls e.g. welcome call to new customers and get their feedback about the bank’s services as per standard script
_Ensure high quality service delivering to maximize customer satisfaction
Yêu cầu công việc :
_Demonstrated commitment to customer service and attention to details
_Effective both Vietnamese and Korean written and verbal communication skills
_Ability to work under pressure
_Good interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
_Preferred at least 1 year of experience in contact center
_Flexible in working time (Woking in shifts)
