Mô tả công việc :

1. Maintenance
- Set up regular maintenance/inspection/repair/installation of plant equipment. Perform access and monitor maintenance management program CMMS (DIMO Maint) in accordance with maintenance instructions/procedures, catalogs or guidelines approved. Organize the maintenance/inspection/repair/installation work in accordance with the plan and mobilize the manpower appropriately.
- Keep and control equipment inspection/test/calibration certificates and propose the next inspection/test/calibration on time.
- Prepare/review/revise/distribute procedures guidelines for maintenance/inspection/repair/installation of plant equipment
- Issue the purchasing request for all necessary maintenance/repair/inspection/test/installation materials and services based on stock balance and control them.
- Prepare/revise/review/distribute the procedures/instructions, ensure the correct practical application and in accordance with Group and local regulations.
- Report and review reports related to maintenance/inspection/repair/installation of equipment in the factory on time.
- Analyse, investigate, report the abnormalities related to equipment in the plant.
- Follow up assigned corrective action plans from relevant internal/external audit reports.
- Conduct training course for his staff (technician, workers....)
2. HSEQ
- Be a member of HSE Committee: follow the HSEQ management system applied
- Assist the Plant Manager in management of efficient production and safety activities of the plant. Be a delegated person to manage all the works when the plant manager is absent.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University graduate: Electricity, automation or mechanics oriented
- 2 years experience in production.
- Experience in LPG industry is preferable
- Knowledge of HSE is an advantage
- Good communication and team-working skills
- Computer literate
- English level: intermediate
