Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Department: Production
Location: Duy Tien, Ha Nam
Scope of Position:
• Take responsibility for production machine maintenance creation and coordinate with others to meet Gentherm’s standard of safety, quality and department’s missions.
• Trouble shooting
• GM management & improvement
• Quality issue & improvement
• PM activity
Responsibilities :
• Maintain production and inspection equipment
• Transact preventive maintenance system with MMS
• Supervise production / operation to ensure that all equipment running in correct way
• Solve other minor maintenance failures on daily basis
• Support other department to complete some equipment and production lines improvement activities
• Solve other daily problems for maintenance department

Yêu cầu công việc :

Competencies:
- Adequate Maintenance, repair and problem solving skill
Education:
- Technician school
Experience:
- At least 2 years working experience in the field of maintenance/manufacturing
