Mô tả công việc :

Purpose of the Job
- Responsible for conceptualizing marketing campaigns with business partners (IBM, HPE, NetApp, Dell EMC, Oracle, F5, Citrix, Zebra, Samsung…)
- Channel Marketing Role
- Supporting Sales role in the organization
Responsibilities:
- Assist Marketing Director in working with business partners (… and others if assigned) on marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Plan and conceptualize marketing initiatives with business partners
- Organizing marketing events and event site support
- Prepare channel incentive/promotional flyers and other advertising materials
- Manage marketing campaigns and reporting
- Administration of MDF Cofounding with vendors
- Website & eDM other creative collateral execution
- Following up the promotion programs from vendors and making relevant claims
- Proceed the necessary procedure to make the rebate payment to dealers
- Willing to take job rotation and business travel when there is reasonable business requirement and/or being requested by the Country General Manager.
- Other tasks as assigned by Marketing Director or Country General Manager when necessary
DIRECT REPORT TO: Marketing Director and Country General Manager
Communications:
Principals, Partners - Initiate & work on marketing events
Sales Team - Working on relevant MKT events to push sales

Yêu cầu công việc :

Academic qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or its equivalent
Experience:
- Min 3 years relevant experience
- IT Industry preferred, experienced in fast-paced environment
- Candidates have experiences in IT distribution is preferred
- Exposure to creative and telemarketing
Skills:
- Good written and PR communication skill
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Meticulous towards details
- Experience in handling customer/partners alliance/PR agencies would be added advantage
Personal attributes:
- Possess initiatives and self-driven
- A Team player
- Well organization skills
- Good planning skills
- Ability to exhibit creativity
Language capabilities:
- Effectively bilingual in English and Vietnamese
