Mô tả công việc :

• Make sure accurately/ on time materials procurement in accordance with company’s process and alignment with fabric as BULK production demand.
• Track OTD and work with suppliers in case of any problems.
• Ensure other inputs are ready as bulk production planning.
• Control payment & inventory
• Foresee and prevent all potential issues.
• Do training, checking; monitor & evaluate team members performance, propose people management solutions to manager
• Adjust plan in case of any changes in Loading.
• Propose ideas to improve process of Production, Planning and Control department monthly.
• Control cost and make sure KPIs are met (WO/ inventory/ FPY…), review with manager by the end of month
• Set clear team goals.
• Motivate team members.
• Assign tasks and set deadlines for internal team.
• Oversee day-to-day operation.
• Review to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Solve all issues on production caused by team members.
• Have partnership and power to deal with related departments.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Experiences in management and professional knowledge (Procumbent, Purchasing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Payment, Debt management, Inventory, Logistic)
- Ability in static analysis and reports
- Logic thinking
