Mô tả công việc :

- Control / monitoring and maintain the improvement objectives.
- Molding Engineer is accountable to ensure the efficient maintenance or repair of machines / equipment at molding process.
- Contact / co-ordinate with relevant Department in implement improvement programs in order to
enhance quality/productivity.
- Ensure production status meet production plan.
- Training, coaching all subordinates about work instructions/procedures regarding to labor safety, new products, processes, techniques, related skills and job rotation.
- Implement actions necessary to achieve planned quality objectives.
- Make sure sending report on time, accuracy with the good data analysis and suggestions.
- Perform control the documentation, record of production department in defined procedure.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Minimum Criteria
- Male (28-35 years old)
- Bachelors of technical/ Economic/ Electric/ Electronic/…Degree
- At least 5 years experience in Management and Operation on Injection Moulding
- Good in written and spoken English
- Able to working in shift (From Monday to Saturday)
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge in ISO 9000 /IATF.
- Computer capability minimum MS Office/Auto CAD
- Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Able to work independently as well as a part of company teams and hard working.
