Mô tả công việc :

• Finding new customers from current relationships, maintaining and developing existing customers.
• Make calls to promote and sell a product or service.
• Negotiate with customers and convince them use service
• Manage contracts.
• Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
• Follow up competitors’ products or services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.
• Complete the assigned job when required
• Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments.
• Report to Sales Manager each week and month.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Male/Female age 25 - 36 years old
• College/University graduated
• Language skill (English or Japanese): Upper-intermediate or above
• Friendly, faithful, polite, intelligent
• Responsible and flexible in work.
• Good communication skill and customer service skill.
• Have the same experience is a plus.
