Mô tả công việc :

- Supervise the operation/pricing/quotation jobs (Ocean/Air/Trucking/etc.)
- Operation set up for new businesses/projects.
- Troubleshoot problems within positions authority.
- Managing & controlling all the customs broker team in Hanoi office and other area.
- Follow-up & check all job regarding setting of Customs Declarations documents (HS code).
- Prepare for customs clearance formality, Liquidation
- Having knowledge in Handling Duty and Tax refund issues with customs office.
- Adherence to procedures and productivity standards and ensure smooth flow of files
- Go on business trips, if required.
- Other tasks assigned by Company

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Know well about import, export forwarding and customs clearance.
- At least 8 - 10 years working experience this logistics field including shipping line or airlines as well as Management experience too.
- Good communication skill.
- Good knowledge in Handling Import-Export job of Export Processing Enterprise
- Good relationship with carriers and co-loaders
- Having good team work manner, hardworking and honest.
