Mô tả công việc :

1. Training tasks
- Conducting job evaluation
- Liaising with departments and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
- Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
- Compiling and presenting information
- Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes
- Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
- Designing and assessing training programs
- Work with training centers to finalize training course, evaluate and coordinate training courses
- Build up training database and make training analysis to improve training programs
2. Organizational Development tasks
- In charge of conducting and implementing performance appraisal in company
- Work with departments and support to set up KPIs
- Maintain and update organizational chart, job descriptions for all positions
- Develop core competency and job model
- Suggest and draft HR policies/benefits as requests
- Other tasks as HRM’s requests

Yêu cầu công việc :

- 3 years of working experiences in training and development or as HR Generalist
- Good command of word, excel, power point
- HR knowledge
- Good interpersonal skill
- Effective organizational skill
- Good command of English
- Good documentation
- Teamwork skill
- Good training skill is a plus.
