Mô tả công việc :

- Follow the workflow and routines for Painting Department.
- Manage and run the Painting Factory.
- Work together closely with Shipping & Receiving Team leader to paint the products with true colors in time.
- Ensure that all items are painted according to QC standard requirement.
- Handle all defective products found in painting process.
- Solve any problem occuring during painting line.
- Organize painting line in high capacity and good quality.
- Bring defective items to put in reserved place in Painting factory for repair.
- Work together closely with Packaging Manager to solve the painting problems of products being packed.
- Have corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of quality issues.
- Immediately report to General Manager any problem during Painting process
- Keep working environment safe, clean, neat and tidy.
- Perform other as assigned by General Director, Vice General Director.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Age: ≥ 35 years old.
- Qualifications: University graduated in Chemistry or related major.
- Experience:
+ At least 2- 3 year experience in a similar position.
+ Experience in plating and powder coating (electrostatic painting).
- Skills:
+ Good English is required.
+ Good office computer skills.
+ Work under high pressure, both independently and team-working skills.
+ Strong leadership and management skills.
- Personality: Honesty, open, confident, dynamic and careful.
