Mô tả công việc :

* Activities are involved in below programs and tasks:

* Partner co-operation promotion programs (OEMs, Key Dealers)

-  With OEMs (Manufacturers) (Samsung, Oppo…) and Distributors:

+ Work with Partners and related departments to launch and manage cooperation programs like Low interest rate product offers for customers, Co-campaigns …

- With Key Dealers (TGDD, FPT, Viettel …) and Non Key Dealers:

+ Support Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers to work with related departments to launch and manage cooperation programs (Low IR product offer).

+ Consumer promotion programs at Key Dealers, Key Dealer support programs

+ Collaboration with Partners, Key Account Management team, Marketing and others Departments to deploy programs.

+ Co-operation with Key Partners (OEMs, Key Dealers)

* Closely supervise and manage the cooperation with Key Partners in charge, including:

- Keep track on sales volume of cooperation programs of each Key Partner, each Partner Group and sales volume of each Product Category

- Closely collaborate with Team, Key Account Management Team, Partners and Sales team to frequently get updated about the deployment of the programs , the situation of FEC CDL business and CDL/CD market to generate initiatives for exploiting business co-operation opportunities or solutions for difficulties/ challenges if any.

Yêu cầu công việc :

* Background

- University Graduate, major: Business , Marketing or relevant areas  are preferred

- At least 02 year experience in the same position in Sales and Marketing, preferably working in Consumer Finance or Consumer Durable industries

- Experience in working with Partners

* Skills

- Account management skill

- Good communication & negotiation skills

- Good at numbers and data analysis

- Careful, proactive and high responsible

- Ability to work under deadline and high pressure 

- Project management & work organization skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

- Good English
