Mô tả công việc :

Incumbent will be responsible for the daily operations surrounding the Parts department in its order to cash cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the efficient and effective planning of the warehousing facility in Branch
• Ensures all MHE used in the warehousing operations are correctly, suitably maintained in accordance to operational needs
• Oversees warehouse operational safety including formulating safety measures to suit operational and legislative requirements
• Manage documents requirements in the planning, import and export of parts
• Organises and improves the identification, storage of stocked and new parts in Branch and makes corresponding audit compliant traceable updates in the WMS system
• Is the Crown representative to all inbound and outbound Freight forwarding agencies, responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of services and goods from these providers in Branch.
• Is responsible for the performance, training and conduct of the Parts Team
• Ensures the appropriateness of inventory levels to support the business operations against KPI of inventory efficiency
• Ensure timely monthly reporting of required reports to PDC SEA

Yêu cầu công việc :

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• In depth understanding and experience in Supply Chain
• Experienced in inventory planning, freight spend, logistics and customer service methodologies and tactics
• Competent in Office Tools I.E Word, Excel, Power point
• Proficient in English (Written and Spoken) as required to communicate with English speaking colleagues around the region
