Mô tả công việc :

* Working Location: No 11, Street 2A, Bien Hoa Industrial Zone II, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai
* Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Make final payments for retired workers
- Sort, code and match invoices
- Checking cash on hand, vouchers, invoices
- Prepare the weekly report of payments and petty cash report
- Prepare the bank transactions (transfer of salary)
- Open a new ATM card for workers
- Make weekly (VSD + IDT) report
- Photocopying all of payment voucher send to head office
- Prepare the track vehicle registration
- Subscribe to repair the company car
- Prepare cash flow forecast for everyday
- Prepare received voucher
- Set invoices up for payment
- Enter and upload invoices into system
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Prepare and perform check runs
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintain vendor files
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Produce monthly reports
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Coordinate with oversea bank and local bank
* Quantity: 2 persons
* Candidates in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, Binh Duong are preferred

- Candidates who living in Bien Hoa City, will be preferable
