Mô tả công việc :

1. Perform failure analysis on all test fallout.
2. Maintain and provide reports to internal and customer on ICs fallout.
3. PCBA or Product level root cause analysis.
4. Proficiency is using Oscilloscope, Logic analyzer and FA measuring tools.
5. Allocates defects causes to the various sources e.g. Process, Equipment, Material, Test and prepares report to respective source for improvement.
6. Train Debug Technician on debug skill, technic, product functionality to improve technician skill.
7. Support NPI debug/rework setup and debug product failure.
8. Strong knowledge in Electonics.
9. Understand in Flash memory and Solid Stage Drive technology added advantage.
10. To work with customer to resolve the hardcxore failure product.
11. Generate work instruction and procedure for debug and rework.
12 Good experience in SMT component/ICs rework.
13. High level proficiency on understanding product functionality, product schematic and assembly drawing to troubleshoot the failed product.
14. Coordinate debug and rework equipment preventive maintenance and calibration according to schedule.
15. Manage debug/rework tools and material inventory.

Yêu cầu công việc :

*** Minimum 2 years exp in Product and PCBA level debug, functional test and ICT test debug.
1. Knowledge on Microsoft Windows (All platform) and Linux/Unix equivalent OS.
2. Strong knowledge of electronics.
3. Wroking knowledge in TRI and Agilent 3070 ICT tester added advantage.
4. Good in product level debug, understand schematics and proficiency using measurement equipment.
5. Understand in Flash memory and Solid Stage Drive technology added advantage.
6. Required Good knowledge in SMT process and IPC standard.
7. Good with basic debugging tool such as Multimeter, LCR meter, Oscilloscope.
8. Possess good component soldering and rework skills.
9. Good English in reading, writing and speaking.
10. Willing to travel for product transfer when required.
