Mô tả công việc :

• Coordinate with customers to confirm appointment time & venue.
• Conduct customer verification according to pre-defined guidelines (e.g. business premises)
• Verify documents to be uploaded/submitted and in the correct format.
• Upload/ submit documents to the bank team safely and securely as required.
• Communicate banking products offer, consult all information relating to account opening process accurately and explain all T&Cs attached.
• Advise customers of lock-in policy and ensure requests were completed accurately.
• Collect customer feedback about rates and terms back to the bank team for follow-up.
• Serve customers in a timely, effective, professional and friendly manner.
• Be the bank ambassador – project a pleasant image of yourself as well as of UOB.
• Follow pre-defined account opening script accurately.
• Direct and complex queries to the right channel.
• Develop relationships with Developer, Agency, Partnership and Entrepreneurs to promote continuous business, up-sell, x-sell banking products and wholesale (if any).

Yêu cầu công việc :

• University graduate.
• At least 02 years’ experience in Retail Banking Sales, preferably in customer facing roles.
• Proven customer service and aftersales experience and result orientation.
• Able to communicate clearly and persuasively in dealing with internal & external contacts.
• Written and spoken English.
• Self-confident, ambitious, strong interpersonal skills, willing to take challenges.
• High energy level, aggressive and can-to attitude
• Knowledge of hardware, software and programming (Preferred)
• Fast learner, independent and capable of working under pressure and efficiently (Preferred)
