Mô tả công việc :

* Overall responsibility for Production Department;
* Leads the production team to achieve the planned targets, garment deliveries and buyers quality standards.
* To be in charge of Total Production Management in every aspect of the manufacturing process;
* To plan factory capacity and develop factory macro production loading strategy based on a full understanding of the factory set-up and its capability;
* To plan, organize manpower and system requirements for processes audit to ensure products comply with buyers standard and specifications;
* Works with planners for whole plant planning in the term of headcount requirement/machinery/sub operation capacity;

Yêu cầu công việc :

* Strong leadership skills.
* At least 5 years of experience in similar position.
* Strong problem solving capabilities.
* Outspoken and proactive.
* Language skill (Advanced)
* Communication and Listening Skill.
* Problem Solving Skill.
* Results oriented, discipline and a good team player.
* University graduated is preferable
* Good English in writing and communication
