Mô tả công việc :

- Directly seeking for farm investors and implement the farm leasing activities by business and personal relationship
- Keeping up with the farm construction including: progress, quality, construction methods, work safety, construction profiles in each step
- Check up on problems arise and find solutions to solve the situation
- In charge of transferring the completed segments
- Strictly follow the working sites rules, safety, hygiene and other principles published by the company
- Assess and suggest plans to develop the farm

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor degree or higher in Vet, Farming, Business Administration, Construction or related field
- Solid experience in swine farm project management
- Good relationship or network with leasing agent
- Able to design the farm to maximize the productivity with a reasonable cost
- Able to read technical graphics/design
- Work independently or in team well
- Able to travel for work
