Mô tả công việc :

1. Purchasing several commodities. The scope of purchase commodity is raw materials, machinery, spare parts, installation/repair work, office/plant furniture and others.
2. Negotiating with suppliers to fix purchasing conditions including contract/price/delivery date/ payment terms/ tax issues/ material specifications and so on
3. Controlling and administrating purchasing activity from several aspects as per the Company requirements for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
4. Developing new suppliers
5. Submit payment requisitions on time as monthly accounting closing schedule.
6. Collaborating with Purchasing Manager in setting realistic and challenging operational goals, and contribute to common accomplishment of the Company and Purchasing Section.
7. Collaborating with other sections/teams to satisfy common goals and requirement of the Company.

Education: University
Language: English for business level
- Knowledge of laws and regulations by VietNamese authorities related to purchasing is a plus.
- Placing importance on morally clean and honesty
- Logical thinking and explanation capability
- Having a sense of strong responsibility and time management
- Communication skills with manager, colleagues, other departments and suppliers.
- Fluent English skills including speaking/listening/writing and reading
- Sufficient computer literacy such as MS Excel/Word/Power Point

Others:
- Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00
- Transportation: Company arrange bus from 7 pick - up point in Hai Phong city.
- The Holiday: The holodays shall be as follows
Weekly holidays: Every Sunday and 3 Saturdays
Weekly holidays of the employees working in shift time is based on BTMVs calendar
- Meal: Company offer lunch in canteen
