Mô tả công việc :

* Conduct the commercialization process & pre- production meeting
* Ensure the quality control process and product quality in factory
* Train factory auditors or third parties in acceptance sampling procedures on-site, prior to shipment of goods
* Assist in the resolution of non-conformance quality issues, and follow-up on corrective actions
* Mainly work in factory located in Ho Chi Minh City, while travel to factory in Myanmar as required
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time
* Job holder will report to QA Manager (Hong Kong)

Yêu cầu công việc :

• University graduate, preferably in Footwear/Leather/Textile studies or equivalent
• At least 5 years QA experience in Footwear & Hardgoods industry; for candidates with more solid experience & qualification, we may consider to offer a higher job position
• Working experience in US sourcing office or in factory making export for USA market highly preferred
• Product knowledge in Footwear & Hardgoods items (e.g. Luggage, Backpack, Camping) is advantageous
• Detail oriented with high initiative and strong team spirit
• Good communication skills in both written and oral English; well-spoken Mandarin highly preferred
• PC knowledge is required (MS-Word, Excel and Outlook e-mail)
