Mô tả công việc :

• Quality Control
- Daily defective in process analysis to find real root causes and coloborate with Cross function team to take corrective action (Contaiment and permanent).
- Scrap reason analysis and take the actions to reduce the scrap.
- Improve Inspection process in both quality and productivity.
- Pop-up idea (Kaizen) to improve quality/productivity/machines.
• Supplier quality control
- Receive Non-conformings due to Raw material, then handle with supplier to take corrective actions.
- Evaluate supplier’s performance periodically.
- Seeking anternative supplier which could improve Q-C-D terms.
• Quality Assurance
- Co-operate with Quality System co-ordinator to maintenance QMS IATF 16949:2016 via Surveilliance and up-grade audit.
- Co-operate with Quality System co-ordinator to handle successfully audits from the Customers (Existing and Potential Customers)
- Handling Field return and Customer complaints.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Graduate at Univeristy level with Mechanical/ Engineering/Automotive major.
- At least 03 years experiences in Quality Control/Assurance field at FDI company.
- Experience working in Japanese is preferable.
- Understanding about ISO/IATF 16949:2016 concept/5 Core Tools is positive point, ISO 14001.
- Basic understanding Quality Control and 7 QC tools are mandatory.
- Good at problem solving analysis and communication.
- Intergrity/enthusiastic/hard working
- Others requirement related to production field to be discussed during interview.
