Do you have strong experience and wide network in Trading, Life Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, Healthcare Industry?
Do you have Sales/Business Development/Consulting or Recruiting skills?
Come and join Navigos Search as a Professional Recruitment Consultant for Life Science Trading Division!
As a Consultant at Navigos Search you will, together with a team of dedicated professionals, be responsible for helping our Clients achieve their hiring goals.
Your daily work will be diverse, but will be dominated by Client and Candidate contact, where you strive to develop loyal and long term relationships with both parties. This will require you to:
- Work with clients, find out their current and future recruitment needs to develop a loyal and powerful relationship.
- Be an active net-worker.
- Screen and interview Candidates in accordance with our international standards.
- Organize interviews between Client and Candidates.
- Provide advice to both Clients and Candidates on salary, training and career progression.
- Follow up with clients and candidates until the deal is closed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager or director.

Yêu cầu công việc :

We are looking for people who match the details below:
- At least 3 year experience in Sales/ Business Development/ Consulting or Recruitment in Life Science Trading sector.
- Experience in External recruitment (headhunting) is a BIG PLUS
- Graduated from College/University and above
- Fluent in English
- Sales orientation
- Desire to become a professional Recruitment Consultant
