Our client is a unique high-tech company in Vietnam with 2 offices in Hanoi and Hochiminh. They focus on developing solutions to solve problems of internet users and many companies. They are looking for a motivated and passionate recruitment manager to support company build a strong pipeline and hire new talents, with below responsibilities:
* Working with business leaders and recruitment team to understand key resource requirements to ensure the development of resourcing strategies that meet both current and future organisational needs.
* Devising and implementing recruitment plans, campaigns and activity within agreed deadlines.
* Acting as the recruitment subject matter on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions.
* Overseeing the developing recruitment processes, ensuring that all recruitment code: coaching and advising managers in the implementation of robust recruitment and selection process.
* Developing relationship with headhunting agencies in attracting talents
* Managing recruitment team in Hanoi and Hochiminh

Yêu cầu công việc :

Requirements:
- 5+ years of working experiences with 2 years in managerial or leader roles
- Experience in executive search or headhunting agencies
- Evidence of driving change and adapting business needs within a matrix organisation
- The ideal candidate will have a strong resourcing, employer branding and recruitment background,
- Have passion for recruitment and a good understanding of the high technology or sales&marketing field.
- Knowledge and experience in Succession Planning and Talent Acquisition
- Good English communication
- Driven, result-oriented and desire to build best recruitment team

- Attractive salary: 1,500 - 2.500 gross/ month
