Mô tả công việc :
- Performing work on a full-time basis in Hanoi office;
- Being in charge of sales administration;
- Follow up and manage quotations, contracts and customer service care;
- Assist and participate in Marketing projects, seminar/webinar to end customer;
- Support to analyze sales and customer data to release required report;
- Collect Customer’s Service quality feedback from Customer;
- Providing support to other teams when required.
Yêu cầu công việc :
- Fresh graduate or 1-year working experience preferred;
- University degree;
- Good command of English, both verbal and written;
- Honest, self-confident;
- Attention to detail and careful in working;
- Be able to work under pressure and willing to learn new things;
- Excellent team work and social skills;
- Long-term commitment.
