Mô tả công việc :

* Job Purpose:
- To manage the orders from customers
- To ensure accurately and timely delivery as per customer request/expect
- To control cost of delivery
* Dimension:
- To work and cooperate with other teams, such as: Logistics, Warehouse, Import – Export, Sales team for sound practice of service and smooth operation.
- Control all dispatching activities, such as: scheduling, monitoring, tracking, reporting & filing.
* Key Accountabilities & responsibilities
• Take down customer information in order to process order.
• Complete fields such as name, address, account number, item number, price, and any sales or promotions.
• Inform customer of prices and collect payment. Set up payment plan if necessary.
• Ensure payment information is accurate.
• Process order and distribute receipt.
• Input orders into database.
• Inform customer of expected delivery date.
• Follow up on orders.
• Handle complaints about unfulfilled orders, late and wrong delivery, product quality…
• Check inventory control. Inform customer if item is out of stock or discontinued. Suggest other items.
• Prepare invoices and shipping documents.
• Work with Logistics team to ensure the order is delivered as schedule
• Work with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common logistics company to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
• Prepare order reports for management.
• Interact with salespeople and give them trends reports
• Maintain and expand the list of preferable logistics company.
• Control and report freight cost for management. Update freight cost table and its freight history
• Consolidate freight data, documents, check and submit to Finance department for payment processing. Ensure no delay payment to vendors.

* Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• At least 03 years of customer service functions such as sales support sales order processing, sales administrative.
• Good written and verbal of English.
• Computer Knowledge (Excel, Word, SAP knowledge would be an advantage)
• Knowledge & experience of order processing, location and logistics
• Knowledge & experience of cost analysis and controlling
