Mô tả công việc :

***General Ledger

· Coordinate with other departments for correct account postings in line with all Group standards as well as Vietnamese accounting regulations

· Ensure correct booking in all systems (SAP, BPC) and correct classification of cost and expenses

· Monitor FA accounts, ensure correct booking of CIP/FA in line with investment requests and conduct regular physical asset counts

***Account Payable/Accounts Receivable

· Manage payment schedule, ensure all payment are realized on time according to the agreed term of payment

. Follow up with AP/AR analysis

***Fixed Assets

· Review investment bookings to ensure compliance with accounting principles (VAS, IFRS, tax) and internal procedures

· Ensure on-time payment for FA

***Tax/customs

· Manage tax returns and payments

· Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws in Vietnam

· Support tax planning

· Support customs reconciliation

***Deputy Chief Accountant

· Support chief accountant on daily operational management of accounting

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Good English
- Education Level: Bachelor degree or above (Major: Accounting, Finance or Economic related)
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in General Accountant
- Manufacturing and multinational experience preferred
- Accounting Certificate (CPA,CMA, MBA is plus)
