Mô tả công việc :

• Designing and managing architectural and master planning projects.
• Producing high-quality accurate design drawings, technical documents, construction details, project schedules and design presentations for all project stages.
• Producing specifications, conducting shop drawing reviews, attending project coordination, client and site meetings.
• Managing a team of architects and draftsmen.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Accredited university degree in architecture or technical college diploma in drafting and Minimum 5 years of design and technical experience in an architecture firm.
• English and Vietnamese language proficiency is a must.
• High proficiency in Autocad, Photoshop, MS Project and MS Office is a must. BIM experience is an asset but not required.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in local building construction and client management.
• Knowledge in Vietnam building regulations and drawing standards is a must. Overseas design experience is an asset.
