Mô tả công việc :

* Planning/Budgeting
- Contribute actionable and cost-effective initiatives to the marketing programs in short and long – term to boost on sales volume in all channels in charge.
- Plan and utilize assigned budget effectively
- Follow through assigned projects to make sure flawless execution from start to finish
* Day to day activities
- Work closely with field sales to assist activities, sales tools & promotions materials on demand
- Control POSM usage of field sales, brand visibility to ensure brand image and consistency Contribute competitive ideas to improve marketing efficiency as well as the strategic plan in general
- Respect and pay detailed attention to procurement process and finance control on the implementation and delivery of marketing activities
- Support other Marketing Units when and where possible
- Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required
- Together with Trade Promotions to organize and co-ordinate with various trade partners, vendors or stake holders on relevant events to achieve marketing objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc :

* Background
- University Graduate – major: Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar
- Experience: Min. 3 years working in trade promotion, project management, preferably in FMCG
* Skills
- Sharp yet respectful communications skill
- Language requirements: Vietnamese – native, English – advanced
- Ability to work independently and as team member under high pressure and tight deadlines
- Proven success in the following job competencies:
+ Trade promotion
+ Project coordination and/or management
+ Effective communications Relationship Building
+ Problem Solving & result – oriented
- Computer Skills
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
+ Knowledge of MS Project.
