Mô tả công việc :

• Handle all commercial leasing activities for the office and retail parts of the building
• Actively support negotiations for new leases including lease documentation
• Actively support negotiations for lease renewals, premises expansions, or retractions for existing tenants
• Handle all lease administrations
• Coordinate the leasing activities form all appointed real-estate agents including regular reporting
• Interacting with prospect and existing tenants to provide information in response to lease inquiries via communication means and face to face

Yêu cầu công việc :

1. Working location: mPlaza building, 39 Le Duan, Dist 1, HCMC.
2. Qualification:
• Minimum 2 years related experiences
• Associate or Degree or relevant qualification in real estate or a related business degree
• Experience in all facets of commercial, retail leasing and customer services
• Computer skills on MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook are necessary.
