Mô tả công việc :

• Train, direct and supervise Team Leaders/Technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations to achieve daily production targets.
• Assist with production planning and scheduling.
• Motivate and reinforce quality management, health & safety attitude and behaviour to provide a safe workplace.
• Motivate shift team to achieve on true delivery, quality performance, efficiency and cost.
• Ensure meeting Production Scheduling Plan.
• Work closely with various departments and to ensure every product & machine availability for production.
• Responsible for providing leadership and direction for day to day manufacturing operations.
• Ensure competent and adequate manpower in the production area.
• Able to feedback, investigate and submit reports on operation abnormality, incidents etc.
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Education:
Bachelor degree or equivalent (University)
Professional Skills and Experience
- Process Oriented thinking
- 3-6 years experience in Production or Process Improvement field, preferably in FMCG / packaging industry, at least 2 years in manager / team leader role
- Knowledge of machine/equipment and loss eradication methodology
- Exposure to transnational culture and work practices
- Ability to work with teams and build networks across
- Informed business partner
- Knowledge of TPM/WCM and understanding of its concepts and route
Personal Attributes
- Fluent in English language
- Good communication skills
