Mô tả công việc :

• Supervising Site supervisors to ensure all projects given is managed on time properly
• Having knowledge in Site inspection to meet standard requirement of specific Carpet/Vinyl/Laminate/Wood
• Be able to source high-quality- installations; and build up the company’s installation that meet clients ‘expectations.

Yêu cầu công việc :

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Office skills, excel, word, email etc
2. Autocad drafting
3. Ability to read drawings
4. English speaking
5. Working experiences in construction industry: from 3 years

Experienced (Manager)
• Experience with installation and/or supervision of flooring products Carpet, Vinyl, laminate, Wood.
• Experience in supervision of internal fit out works
• Experience of document handling as sub-contractor to a main-con (or vice versa)
• General experience of site works and supervision (any trade)
We need someone who understands how sites work, the important factors is supervising a project and the paperwork processes that go along with it.
