Mô tả công việc :

- Keep closed tracking to inventory figures.
- Alert if there might be any shortage.
- Analyze sales trends & keep checking with relevant department & alert them to adjust Forecast (find out the reason of the change – coming from actual demands of market? Or competitor’s shortage? or root cause by our promotion programe, …)
- Analyze inventory database, Shelf life of goods, sales out forecast, goods in transit, … to propose/ issue purchase orders with supplier by 3 months / 6 months in advance.
- Follow up with price / supplier selling policy / expiry date / allocation status for next 3 / 6 months.
- Chasing supplier to have goods arrive each month as per request. Dealing if need goods arrive sooner or later than initial request.
- Summarizing actual importation value.
- Follow up to clear incentive for previous year.
- Cooperate with supplier to compare opened orders if there’s any discrepancy.
- Doing other tasks assign by manager.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Gender: Female
- Graduated from University of Economics Ho Chi Minh city, Foreign Trade University or College Of Foreign Economic Relation
- Major: foreign trade, import and export, business administration
- Experience: No need
- Foreign Language: TOEIC 500
- Other requirements :
 Soft skills: Honest, careful, hardworking, negotiating skills
 Proficient in MS Office tools, especially excel.
