With our constant business expansion, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who is responsible for sourcing and developing a qualified and available candidate pool to meet huge manpower demands.
- Responsible for massive recruitment and selection for Managerial and below positions
- Responsible for leveraging or developing all recruitment channels to attract and connect with potential talents
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through using both traditional and nontraditional tools; including social media, UOBV’s careers website and other approved on-line hiring pages, networking groups, industry events, internal databases, sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, and employee referral scheme;
- Building relationships with passive candidates and talent pools to deliver upon both immediate short and mid-term needs, and long-term networks to be leveraged in the future is highly desirable.
- Effectively utilize sourcing tools and evaluate the effectiveness of them and identify new tools to optimize the productivity;
- Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers, HRBP and recruiting partners to design and deliver on hiring plans customized to meet the unique and varied needs;
- Ensure the processional selection and on-boarding process are applied consistently
- Driving all recruitment activities through the applicant tracking system;
- Reporting: ensure regular and predictable pipeline reporting for recruiting partners, HRBP and the business; including pipeline status with talent and market insights, calling out trends and appropriate hiring strategies in response.
- Directly reporting to the Head of HR

Yêu cầu công việc :

- At least 3-5 years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience, preferably in banking recruiting;
- Ability to understand and articulate with complete clarity; recruiting partner and clients requirements, culture, needs and root causes and clear business cases/arguments for change;
- Demonstrated good analytic skills, project management and planning skills to deliver excellent Recruitment’s Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and team work spirit
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Candidate and Applicant Tracking Systems;
- A growth mindset and proven ability to think of creative solutions.
- Empathic and seeks diverse perspectives
- Willing to learn, accountable and independent at work
