Mô tả công việc :

• You will manage the conduct of multiple software development engagements in a mix of possible modes (fixed price, time and material, and managed team), utilizing your experience and skills in customer and project management.
• You will manage multiple simultaneous client engagements, providing close management of each client relationship. By proactively managing the relationships (including monitoring, reporting, risk management and mitigation etc.).
• You will contribute to the customer engagement process by effectively managing sales support, including managing a pre-sales team for solution architecting, estimation, and quotation as required.
• You will involve in recruiting new software engineers as we are growing our team in Hanoi office.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• At least 1 year experience in a client-facing software development / maintenance as a project manager.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the software development field.
• Hands on technical competence with Java Web Development is essential for this role as you will manage a team of Java developers.
• Previous experience with Healthcare systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to conduct architectural code reviews in software development project.
• Familiar with Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban).
• Excellent English language and communications skills. Experience in working with expatriates (especially Australians) is an advantage.
