* Technical service activities supports for dealers
* Executing systematical season follow up with dealers
* When trouble occurs, the technical assistance against dealer
* Support dealer: W.A.R document and submit process
* W.A.R judgment
* Testing new product, parts follow up
* Renovate of dealers service activity
* Environmental reform of workshop
* Enhancement service equipment
* Free maintenance process
* W.A.R process
* Technical & Q.A report summary
* Mechanical basic knowledge/Handling service special tool/Measurement equipment
* Product knowledge
* Repairing technical / Troubleshooting / Preventing trouble
* Service system (ADMS/Service policy and W.A.R policy)
* Training at customer / Field force (supporting dealer)

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Male
- Graduated College or University
- Must have at least 5 years of working experience in technical service job - service section
- Skill full of Mechanic - repairing - service process (car, vehicle, machineries)
- English communication in work
- Good at skill of computer
- To be advantage of candidate who has experience in after sales service of automobile Manufacture - service section of car/vehicle/machineries service agency
- Be careful, honest, trust, creative, good communicate
