Mô tả công việc :

As the key member of Validation Testing Team, you will handle the software testing for Car Infotainment and manage a small test team. Your responsibilities will be:
- Software testing Car Infotainment including Cluster, AVN-audio video navigation and Telematics;
- Managing about 10~15 members of Validation Team;
- Test Planning, organization, estimation and incident management;
- Analyzing and review the requirements obtained from customer;
- Working with internal and external teams to ensure testing of a high standard is undertaken;
- Assign task for team members effectively;
- Making test design, test cases and executing test for important parts;
- Monitoring test progress, tracking project bugs and project KPIs;
- Organize and lead initiatives to improve test processes;
- Reporting directly to Part Leader;
- Working closely with Validation Team.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 3 years experienced in managing SW test team (10~ 15 members);
- At least 1 years experienced in managing multiple projects;
- More than 10 years of testing experience;
- Resource & project planning experience;
- Creating and managing of test plans and test cases;
- Experience building and executing test strategies;
- Making report and presentation skill;
- Good problem solving;
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional approach and positive attitude to work;
- Logical thinking and design analysis ability;
- Self-motivated and proactive;
- Fluent English skills, can directly contact to customer;
- MS Office skills efficiency.
These skills would be considered as an advantage but not the must:
- Automotive (especially IVI: In Vehicle Infotainment) and ASPICE experience;
- Formal testing qualifications ISTQB;
- Software embedded test experience;
- Automation test experience.
