Mô tả công việc :

• To request customers to submit required documents
• To reject customers’ request in case of lacking proper and adequate required documents
• To perform trade services including but not limited to:
- Documentary credit (issuance/ amendment/ cancellation/ settlement/ closing of L/C, shipping guarantee, L/C advice/transfer, Negotiation)
- Documentary collection (D/A, D/P), Negotiation under D/A, D/P,
- Open account (FARD).
• To represent the bank to contact/consult customers relating to trade services and other assigned activities of marketing.

Yêu cầu công việc :

· Good knowledge of Trade products and operation
· Understanding market practice, related rules and regulations
· Good at speaking and writing in English, Vietnamese and preferable Korean
· Be able to perform and maintain best customer satisfaction
· Be able to work under pressure, teamwork
