Mô tả công việc :

• Establish & manage training budget.
• Prepare Training plan by identifying and assessing current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
• Implement, monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness.
• Coordinate and directly participate in the development of competency frameworks, and career development paths for positions.
• Propose the application of new training methods to the subjects to ensure training effectiveness.
• Plan and implement Talent Development program, Succession planning, E-learning.
• Conduct training courses and do all training reports.
• Other tasks are assigned by direct supervisor and/or CPO

Yêu cầu công việc :

*** Education:
• College/University graduated or equivalent
*** Technical skills and experience:
• Office tools, especially excellent in MS PowerPoint
• 3-5 years of work experience in Human Resources, in which 3 years in training
*** Soft-skills & attitude
• Communication & interpersonal skills.
• Presentation & training skill
• Time management skill
• Follow up skill
• Initiative
• People oriented
• Result oriented
• Team player
*** Language skills:
• Good at English communication
