*Work Location: Khoai Chau, Hung Yen
*Job Description:
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Making presentations to customer and introducing Company’s Product
- Visiting listed customers directly to an allocated territory and discovering the potential needs of customers
- Delivering sustainable business performance and achieving sales target to contribute the growth of company
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Ensuring targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
- Submitting weekly, monthly sales report to BOM as required
- Possessing market intelligence on including related projects & opportunity

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Education background in University of relevant categories
- Sales Experience DIRECT (B2B) is preferred
- At last 3 years of experience in similar role
- Good at English (Korean is preferred)
- Good at MS Office
- Organized, reliable, self-motivated and confidence personality
- Positive thinking and high responsibility is a requirement for bestsellers
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve target
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
