Mô tả công việc :

- Assembling, fitting and repairing tools
- Monitoring the tools used on the line to ensure efficient run rates and identify necessary repairs or possible improvements
- Trouble-shooting, identify the root cause and solve the problems
- Using computer aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM)
- Using precision measurement instruments such as micrometers, gauges and vernier calipers to check the tool’s dimensions
- Using hand tools and machines such as milling and grinding
- Training tooling technicians in job-related skills

Yêu cầu công việc :

- BA or College in / Mechatronics major
- Having at least 6 years of experience in tool making, assembly and repair
- Management team experience is a plus
- Familiar with design and CNC programming
- Have a better understanding of molding knowledge
- Skilled in milling, grinding, CNC and EDM machine operating
