Mô tả công việc :

* OBJECTIVE:
The Account Executive will be responsible for the coordination between Sales Department and all franchises of VBA in terms of VBA sponsorship. You are required to understand the needs of sponsors and work with franchises to ensure that every benefit of VBA sponsors are well delivered.
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with Sales team and franchises to manage the sponsorship inventory and create sponsorship packages
• Provide regular two-way communication between the league and the franchises in terms of sponsors’ benefits delivery
• Plan and monitor operations to resolve sponsorship issues and ensure sponsors satisfaction
• Ensure franchises comply with league’s sponsorship guidelines, standard operations procedures and other requirements
• Collaborate with related parties to report benefits delivery during and after seasons
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by the Operation Manager

Yêu cầu công việc :

*** Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Sales, Customer service and/or equivalent experience
• At least 1 years’ experience in related field
*** Knowledge & Skills required
• Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese
• High level of computer literacy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
• Detail-oriented
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skill
• Ability to work independently as well as team work
