Mô tả công việc :

* 01 in charge Goods & Posm Inventory
• Input data and follow up the status of Import & Export Goods
• Work closely with accountant to make sure the monthly data of importing & exporting correct
• Works closely with Trade Marketing executive for POSM related brands, projects, contracts (type, quantity, delivery timeline, stocks area)
• Work together with Trade Marketing executive / Brand managers to do effective cross brand POSM planning, to ensure replenishment of necessary POSMs and premiums.
• Coordinating with TM executive to follow up, process and track contracts / shipments and other procurement routine to ensure best lead times and quality of POSM.
• Accurate coordination of POSM delivery as requested
• Enter, manage data of POSM and Provides regularly status updates, reports on in – out going of POSM
• Arrange & stock POSM in order, easy to find & check
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required
* 01 in charge delivery & docs management:
1. Delivery management
- Well arranging goods for delivery when receiving the orders from the accounting department
- Following up the status of delivery & reporting to the Sales Administration or Sales team members for the delivery status & any related issues (if any)
2. Documents management
- Well preparing the custom paperwork for the goods to the supermarkets / to the other provinces
- Well collecting, checking the delivery paperwork (delivery receipts, other) from the delivery staffs and sending back to the accounting department
3. Report
- Sending the correct report of cash payment & cash to the accounting department by timeline
- Reporting the importing of goods & POSM to the manager correctly and by timeline

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Related education background, bachelor degree and above.
• 1-2 year of delivery, docs, inventory & POSM management experience is prefer
• Good communication skill.
• English
