YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- You ensure customers receive VAT invoice with the correct VAT information as they requested.
- You ensure and optimize the accounting treatment of general expenses, from the order to the invoice payment.
- You ensure all related accounting documents checked, filed and archived properly in compliance with procedures and regulations.
- You alert operational people on the flow accuracy; I ensure the booking of goods invoice and support the stock valuation; I guarantee the integrity between systems
- You are responsible of the Fixed Assets booking and follow up.
- You actively participate to the monthly and yearly closing
- You follow up the payment collection for goods, services by monitoring detail of receivables and following through the process of cash collecting.

Yêu cầu công việc :

WHAT YOU OFFER US
- You take initiatives in the field and link accounting sense with a business sense.
- You practice sport
- You have bachelor degree or upper (preferable with major in accounting, finance, audit)
- You are good at communication, analytic, problem solving and ready to make decision.
- You have >= 03 year experience in finance and/ or accounting, preferably gained in multinational organizations
- You master excel for accounting job
