Mô tả công việc :

1.      Accounting & tax relevant:
o Oversee daily accounting activities, including cash paid out, invoice, supporting document to ensure these comply with the company’s policies and tax’s regulations.
o Weekly check and verify payment transactions to ensure every paid out transactions are accurately and timely.
o Monthly verify tax report and ensure these are submitted in line accurately.
o Monthly review and verify financial report and ensure it’s submitted in line.
o Custom declaration & cross check with other departments to ensure material consumption are the same with accounting book.
o VAT return.
o Maintain quarterly physical count.
o Work closely with head quarter in Singapore for relevant matters.
o Work closely with external departments for any related matters.
o Work with auditors regarding the annual auditing.
2.      Finance:
o Monthly cost by categories report.
o Monthly sales report.
o Annually budget for the following fiscal year
3.      Costing:
o Daily verify purchase order and ensure the quantity and price are correct.
o Comparison the price of significant materials to find out the difference and report to general directors.
o Coordinate with production & technical department to improve cost of product.
o Analyze the cost element.
4.      ERP system:
o Lead ERP system, coordinate with other department to improve current company procedures and database.
5.      Ad-hoc:
o Weekly update wood schedule to related department.
o Monthly check payroll and its beneficiary.
o Key materials consumption report.
o Key materials consumption variance report.

Yêu cầu công việc :

o Graduated from the University with the major in Accounting, Auditing.
o At least 7 years experience.
o Familiar with using MRP/ERP.
o Fluent English skill (Both written and verbal).
o Skillful in using computer and application software.
o Good at interpersonal skill, analytical, team work, leadership, time management skills.
o Be able to work independent and under high pressure.
o Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
o Working in Long An (Shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City)
o Work with creative, dynamic & responsible mind, good analytical & logical thinking.
o Experience in Manufacturing or furniture industry is a requirement.
