Mô tả công việc :

Purpose of the position:
Patient reception, Contact person to patient both walk-in and telephone, booking appointments, registering patients, collecting patient fees, Interface to CPO/Sales/accounting and logistics. Workshop Administration
Key tasks of the position:
-Patient reception, booking appointments, registering patients, collecting patient fees, arranging transport (Taxis), and organizing documents.
-Keeping records and documentation in line with established procedures.
-Supporting sales reports.
-Telephone service.
-Check E-mail Fax and forward to concerned person. Collect mail and forward the correct department.
-Taking deposit payments from customers, based on the sale requirements, and transfer payment to accounting.
-Update time record and leave record and compiling time-keeping reports.
-Filing accounts documents and medical records, including delivery, receipts, orders, etc.
-Handling of ERP system and inventory in branch
-Keeping the line manager informed of the work status.
-Welcoming and informing visitors.
-Interface to CPOs.
-Interface to payers (patients or financing bodies).
-Interface to the multidisciplinary team.
-Interface to employees.
-Presenting the company in all respects as a professional organisation in its field.
-Co-operation with our other branches.
-Attend to the front office area, make sure everything is in order and presentable to customers.
-Substitute for administration positions if absent.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by the company if any

Qualification profile:
Knowledge and experience:
-Bachelor degree standard or similar
-Soft skills for service quality
-Relevant language skills in good level to assure flowing -
-Communication to all target groups
-Excellent Vietnamese and English in speaking and writing
-Excellent in the use of all necessary software applications
