Mô tả công việc :

- To assist Brand Manager to plan and execute marketing activities to build brand equity and meet business objectives as well as work with the team on assigned projects and tasks.
- Deeply understand consumers and market insights to discuss, brainstorm and input for Marketing AOP of the brand
- Lead integrated marketing activity calendar ensuring consistency with communication strategy and AOP
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to improve brand equity
- Work with MO/Trade marketing to execute flawless brand experience across touch points
- Assist brand manager in launching new packaging, products
- Accountable for budget analysis and management
- Partnering with different functions (Planning, Procurement, Sales, Legal, …) for on-going projects and marketing execution
- Manage operation such as trade service, visibility, sponsorship, etc.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor degree with Marketing background is an advantage
- Excellent of English
- At least 3 years work experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Market research or Advertising, prefer FMCG industry
- Initiative, innovative, flexible
- Passion to grow
- Open-minded, result-oriented, hard-working and resilient
- Good at project management.
