If you are searching for a career with a company which has a cooperative, international and multi-cultural environment, then look no further.‬‬‬‬ We are searching for assistants who is willing to develop themselves in footwear industry from sourcing, merchandising, developing to production. As an assistant, your main job responsibilities may include –
1) Assist to manage all aspects of creating footwear collection – from development, marketing samples, to production and on-time delivery
2) Fill and update development specification sheets and preparing production specification sheets, coordinate with team members to preparation the materials for development, sampling, production.
3) Assist to source and purchase materials and components for sampling and production of footwear – mainly in Vietnam, China, India and also in Europe and other countries
4) Assist the company’s technician in all development stages – in communication, translation, follow-up and activity making sure the work is been done correctly
5) Assist the production and quality control manager to communicate with the suppliers, execute the instructions to assure the production finishing on time
5) Report to management your developments, sampling, production status in detail.
6) Other tasks assigned by the manager

Candidates Requirements:‪ ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
We welcome young fresh graduate who wants to start their career in footwear industry.
1) 1 year experience in footwear industry is preferable.
2) Know how and understanding in footwear development process, footwear materials and components
3) Time concept, and action plan management
4) “Can do” attitude, open to challenge and willing to work in a dynamic environment, know how to handle with pressure.
5) Active, positive, self initiatives to carry out tasks with less supervision
6) Computer skills in Windows Office Suite and communication skills.
7) Multilingual – either English/Vietnamese or English/Chinese is a must
8) Fresh graduate is welcome, if you are excellent and willing to learn.
