Mô tả công việc :

• Management for North/South Project Engineering group of Project sales Department.
• Overall responsibility for technical support of M&E Contractors, Industrial Users, Project Owners and Consultant by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and engineering knowledge
• Understand and communicate customer requirements to Sales Project Manager
• Day by day selling activities i.e identifying requirements to Sale Project Manager
• Designing and Specifying products on drawings of projects
• Making proposals to design products from other manufactures’ equipment
• Visiting clients and developing new clients (developer, Owner, M&E Contractor, Designer, Consultants, Installer, etc)
• Increasing Spec-in Project
• Making relationship with clients especially Designer and Consultant
• Making Spec-in Project list and sharing to team
• Reporting the above actions to the person’s supervisor periodically
• Co-ordinate with other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Support team in all marketing activities to develop our imagine to all kinds of customer

Yêu cầu công việc :

Gender: Male
- Age: from 22 - 30
- Qualification: Education Engineering qualification preferably in Air Conditioning and refrigeration or have experience within the HVAC and contracting industry is essential
- Language: English fluent
- Experience working with Japanese contractors & consultant is advanced
- Good at Communication.
- Willing to go business trip.
- Ability to work in team or independently
- Mindset of sales and have the ambition, drive and determination to support this
- Must be goal oriented, adaptable
- Flexibility, loyalty
- Have strong relationship with contractors, Design and consulting company, project owners
- Experience in Project sale (all kind of products can consider)
